Join Rebecca Zofnass, Managing Partner at EFCG, for a complimentary online class to review the 2024 EFCG-ACEC Key Financials Survey.  Learn why you should participate in the survey, how your firm will benefit from the results, and how to use the data to better understand your firm in the market for success. She will also review the 2024 data collection process to ensure you have the information readily available when taking the survey.

Key takeaways from the 2023 survey included:

  • Growth levels for 2023 expected to remain similar to 2022; however, firms were slightly more cautious even though 2024 backlogs remained strong
  • 2022 profits dropped slightly, but industry is generally recession resilient
  • As long as revenue and profit remain linked to headcount, most firms will see a “ceiling” on growth and profitability
  • A clear strategy around technology & innovation and M&A will likely determine the next wave of market leaders
